ShowUpIQ is an AI-powered no-show prediction SaaS platform built for medical, dental, therapy, and wellness clinics. It identifies appointments at risk of being missed and takes action through targeted, automated SMS reminders. Clinics can track confirmations, no-shows, and reminder activity in one place, and see how much revenue they have saved through better attendance.

Zartek partnered with the ShowUpIQ team to design and build the Customer Website, Admin Dashboard, and Clinic Admin Dashboard using React, Next.js, and Nest.js. Our work covered UI/UX design, website development, and quality assurance.

ShowUpIQ needed to work with the appointment tools clinics already use. That meant integrating several third-party platforms to import, sync, and migrate appointment data accurately.

The difficulty was that some of these tools had limited or incomplete API documentation. We couldn’t rely on documentation alone to understand how each integration behaved, so we had to find out through hands-on testing.

Our team took a test-and-validate approach to every integration. We combined the available documentation and online resources with AI-assisted troubleshooting, and manually tested each API endpoint to confirm how it behaved and what it required.

This let us build reliable data import, sync, and migration across the connected tools. Clinics can bring in their existing appointment data and keep it up to date, which gives ShowUpIQ’s predictions and SMS reminders accurate data to work with.
