Challenge 

A fitness trainer in France was successfully running offline programs and had built a strong community, along with a growing presence on social media. However, his training was not easily scalable. He had a large library of short exercise videos, but no structured way to turn them into complete digital fitness programs. He wanted to digitize his offering so both existing and new clients could access personalized training plans based on their fitness level, experience, and goals.

Solution

We developed a mobile fitness app that transforms his content into a seamless digital fitness experience. The platform intelligently combines short exercise videos into complete, guided workout sessions tailored to each user. Clients receive personalized plans that adapt to their progress, with flexible options ranging from one to five sessions per week.
