The client wanted an application for event organizers to manage their events booked via the Collabo app. With an option to scan a particular QR code, the organizer must be able to know the number of customers that actually attended the event. This is to avoid duplication of tickets as well. This also means making the whole process digital, thus involving paperless transactions.

The event organizers can simply enter the event details, like the occasion, location, and ticket prices, which will go live in the Collabo app. They’ll also know in real time how many people attended the event, thanks to the specific QR codes presented to Collabo users. The QR code scanner in the Collabo for Business app can be used to verify the user's entry into the event and allow duplication of tickets.
